Goals for the of March
I saw a few posts like this and it inspired me to make one of my own. I know making a list of goals is the most affective way to achieve them (other than just flat out doing it), so here we go:
1. Work out for 30 plus minutes a day, 6 days a week
2. Do not eat after 9 PM
3. Stay within a 2000 calorie intake
4. Do not drink alcohol
5. Go to work, every shift, even if I feel depressed and...
